How this shop handles your money and your files
Digital goods are easy to sell badly. This page documents payment, delivery, integrity, licence and refunds in full.
Payment
Checkout runs entirely through PayPal's JavaScript SDK, in euro. Card numbers, PayPal credentials and balances are handled inside PayPal's own interface — this site never receives them and stores nothing.
Each order is covered by PayPal's buyer-protection process and appears on your PayPal account with a transaction reference you can quote in any dispute.
What we do keep
The email address you type at checkout, so the files can be sent to it, and the order reference. Nothing else is collected by this page.
Delivery
You enter a delivery email at checkout. The moment PayPal confirms payment, delivery instructions are sent to that address. Files are never downloaded through the checkout window itself, so a closed tab, a dropped connection or a dead battery cannot cost you the purchase.
- Typical arrival: within a few minutes of payment.
- Nothing after that: check spam, then reply to your PayPal receipt quoting the order reference shown on the confirmation screen.
- Wrong address typed: same route — reply to the PayPal receipt, and delivery is redirected.
File integrity
Every document's SHA-256 hash is published below and inside its preview. After downloading, you can confirm that what arrived is byte-for-byte the file listed here — no tampering, no swapped attachment, no truncated download.

What you actually receive
Ten PDF files and four DOCX files. No macros, no executables, no installers, no software of any kind. Nothing depends on a login, a subscription or a platform that can disappear — once downloaded, the documents are yours and work offline.
Every document is in English. Agency Know-how was originally written in Romanian and has been translated in full for this edition. Recruitment Texts is deliberately bilingual — the three English variants come first, followed by the same three angles written for Romanian-speaking creators — because that is what the document is for.
Licence
One buyer, personal or in-house use. You may use everything inside your own operation, including with your own staff, chatters and contractors.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish or repackage the documents as your own product, and you may not share the download with people outside your own operation.
Refunds & right of withdrawal
All sales are final. These are digital documents delivered immediately, and once the files have been sent they cannot be returned.
Under EU consumer law that policy is only valid if you actively agree to it, which is why checkout asks you to confirm two things before payment can be completed: that you want delivery immediately, and that you understand you are giving up the 14-day right of withdrawal by doing so.
